Custom Home
A custom home built for a family that wanted quiet, durable rooms rather than showpieces. The plan holds a clear separation between the public spine , entry, kitchen, great room , and the private wings, with detailing that stays restrained: flat-stock trim, integrated lighting, honed stone, and cabinetry drawn to the millimeter. Mechanical, framing and finish trades were sequenced tightly to protect the finish schedule through a full Utah winter.

A kitchen remodel in Salt Lake City is the single project most likely to determine whether an entire home renovation feels resolved. Understanding what actually drives its cost keeps a homeowner from confusing the price of appliances with the price of the room.
Utah has more unfinished basement square footage than almost anywhere in America. Most of it gets finished badly, once, and then avoided. The difference between a lower level and a basement is entirely design.
Homeowners planning a custom build in Lehi almost always underestimate the design and permitting window and overestimate how much the construction phase itself can be compressed. A realistic timeline, phase by phase, is the best protection against frustration later.
