Custom Home
A ground-up custom residence set into a Utah hillside, planned around the light and the long valley view rather than a fixed floor plan. The build pairs a warm natural material palette , stone, timber and plaster , with disciplined modern detailing: full-height glazing at the main living volume, a continuous indoor to outdoor transition at the rear terrace, and millwork drawn specifically for this family's daily routines. Structural work was coordinated with the grade change so the lower level opens to daylight instead of reading as a basement.
"A home as unique as the family within."

In Park City and Utah's mountain communities, winter isn't an inconvenience,it's a lifestyle. A considered approach to cold-weather design transforms seasonal challenges into year-round luxury.
A whole-home remodel in Salt Lake City is rarely priced by square footage alone, it is priced by what the house is asking of the builder. Understanding where that money actually goes is the difference between a renovation that reads as a new home and one that reads as a series of updates.
